Q1. Where is your company located?
A: Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
It will take 1 hour from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to our factory by high speed train, and about 2 hours by car.
Q2. Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can produce parts based on your drawings, samples or ideas.
Q3. Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, free sample can be provided, the air freight cost will be paid on your side.
Q4. How do you ensure quality control?
A: We inspect every process of the parts according to the drawing, and also check the parts before shipment.
Q5: What packing can you provide?
A: Blister, Polybag, Small box, Carton, Pallet.
Q6: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against B/L copy.
Q7: If I paid you deposit, how long can you finish the goods?
A: Normally, it will take about 30 - 35 days.
Q8: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
A: We will follow below steps to solve the quality issues that may occur.
1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain reason and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
